The greenXpo partnership has developed a new and innovative online initiative to facilitate eco-innovation knowledge transfer.
The aim is faster and wider uptake and exploitation of technological as well as non-technological eco-innovations, in addition to good policy measures related to eco-innovation.
This knowledge is pooled on a single online portal at www.innovationseeds.eu, and the partnership are proactively promoting the available knowledge to policy makers, enterprises and society. It will:
- for the first time bring together eco-innovation knowledge from different areas such as technologies, services, business models, processes, and policies in a holistic one-stop shop
- use a common methodology to feature knowledge from all areas
- present eco-innovation knowledge in a user-centred, intuitive and easy-to-navigate manner that focuses on the functionality of each piece of knowledge
- combine an online virtual knowledge library with real life as well as web-based events and activities to promote knowledge to potential users
greenXpo is coordinated by the German public agency JUELICH and backed by a balanced group of eco-innovation experts, multipliers and communication professionals from six European countries plus Taiwan.
