FIRST FOOD: A Taste of India’s Biodiversity
At the launch will be Chef Manish Mehrotra who will demonstrate how to cook some of the delicacies, with his own special master touch.
At the launch there will be live food demonstration and dinner – all cooked from the recipes of the book.
